Chest toning

I want to tone up my arms & chest area. When I gain weight I gain it in my boobs & they are looking pretty nasty. They are kinda saggy & I'm usually a 34D, but I've been having some spillage lately in that size & I thought I might be able to get rid of the spillage by toning those muscles. I bought some 5 lb weights & now I would like to know what exercises I can do to tone that area.

Also does anyone have this bra & do you like it? Is it comfortable to wear for long periods of time?

What a great question and thread. I'm starting Weight Watchers and even though I am going back on the treadmill I need to work on upper arms also. I do have some weights here, so what are good exercises for the "wings"?
