Don't want to offend anyone, but I had a girlfriend that was prone to yeast infections, turns out her boyfriend was passing it to her. See he had an overgrowth of yeast in his body, especially in his mouth. I think that is called thrush. Anyway, you can imagine how he was passing it back to her. She had to refrain from that particular activity. Poor Girl!!!

I forgot... Douching is not good. It washes out all of the good bacteria. Also makes you prone to all sorts of infections.

Gina I agree with the other girls, the gyno always said to eat yogurt and I hear that to much douching is not good either . It can give you a yeast infection it kills good germs to...

acidophilus is an all natural pill you can take that works like diflucan , but without the risk of liver damage. it can be found in every vitamin aisle even walmart. it's cheap and effective.

I always take a bubble bath, but I just put a capful in. I don't overdo it. I haven't had a yeast infection in a long, long time. But IF and WHEN it ever happens again, I have this site to refer to.

Is there diabetes in your family? That too can cause frequent infections.

I have rarely had a yeast infection, but it was the first sign each and every time I was pregnant. Any chance you are?
