I've been using the program on MyFitnessPal.com. It has a lot of food items already in it's database so I'm just counting calories. I do watch the fat, sugar etc, and if it's too much of course I say "Janet...do you want to be thinner?" and I put it back......lolol
It will also keep track of your exercise and will tell you when you should be at your goal. It really is a very simple program and I also have it on my iPad2. So far I've lost about 6 lbs, but it's going to be quite some time before I will show any weightloss. I just hate walking by a mirror. Such a big stomach and back end!!! Anyway, I'm eating more fruits and veggies and less of the bad stuff ![]() ![]() ![]()
