ok guys, gonna post my journel in here for yall to see...we'll watch together and see if this works!

I get a shot today and tomorrow....those are the so called bulking days. Then nothing on Sunday and Starting Monday I get 1 shot each day M-F no shots on S-S for 6 weeks then a 2 week break.
Other than that, I think its the same.

Friday 2/29/08 Loading Dose bulk day
Saturday. 3/1/08 Loading Dose bulk day
Sunday, 3/2/08 No Dose bulk?

let me share my yummy breakfast with yall!!!!

1 cup hot soymilk
hot water
cinnamon
2 tsp cocoa
2 pkg sweetener
1 marshmellow
_____________________

boil milk with cinnamon stir in cocoa and sweetener, pour into cup
top off with hot water and 1 marshmellow!!!!

nice and yum, thick enough to fill ya, and sweet enough to satisfy.....best of all CHOCOLATE

Does it give you greasy poo like that Alli stuff does? Is there a diet you have to follow? Is it full of preservatives and artificial crap? Hmmm....how expensive is it? Does insurance cover it?

I feel HUNGRY!

no odd poos! and no Heather isnt covered by insurance. It cost quite a bit, IMO but not as much as surgery

I actually have alot of energy!

I bet in a few days your stomach will shrink and you won't be so hungry all the time. Just drink water or take a little walk whenever you feel hungry. That always worked for me. Sounds like you're doing great, keep up the good work!
