They don't seem to be getting as stressed as I am for some reason. I guess it's because they don't have anything to do here but work. Scott said it was the same when he would go up to the northern mines to work. He was just there to work, he didn't have friends or family there, so he had no problem working 14 or 16 hour days. But he couldn't work those hours at home. One of the Arizona guys here just moved his wife and kids up here and he doesn't stay late anymore.

I only worked 2.5 hours overtime last week and nothing so far this week. I hope it stays this way for a little while!
