This might sound stupid, but are you afraid of dying or of being dead? To me they're different. Being dead doesnt scare me. Dying does.

Both! LOL But I think being dead (as to what to expect) scares me more.

The only thing that bothers me at all is the "foreverness" of it. But like I said "if and when" I do start to worry, I think of being with God and my Dad and sister. My "fear" fades away.

I am afraid of elevators too. I feel so clausterphobic in them and I always get scared of getting stuck in one.

That's funny. My mother-in-law is afraid of birds and she is the only one I've ever met with that phobia.
