GREAT Weight Watcher snack

Chocolate Haystacks

Melt one Hershey's bar with 1 tablespoon lo-fat peanut butter in microwave for 30 sec.

Stir in one cup Fiber One cereal (the long pieces, not the flakes)

Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper to make six "haystacks"

Cool in refridgerator, or like me in the freezer (cuz it's FASTER).

Each haystack is 70 calories and ONE WEIGHT WATCHER POINT!!!

MMMM MMMM GOOD!!! And you get a good dose of FIBER!

That sounds delicious! Have you tried the Fiber One Chewy Bars? They are 140 calories each, have 4g fat, and 9g (!) fiber.

How many points is that? I can't find my point thing.

If only I cut out the chips! Maybe tomorrow.

That's two points Judy. Those haystack things sound wonderful, but I'd probably want to eat 50 of them..lol

Yes, that is my problem - wanting to eat 50 of them. However, they are very filling - the recipe makes only 6, if you eat them all, you have eaten a CUP of Fiber One, which is, I think, about 28 GRAMS OF FIBER. The results of all that fiber could have a sobering effect! You might do it once - but probably not twice
