That's my main workout machine at the gym. You burn calories much faster than a treadmill. If you want a good workout quickly, this the machine!!!!

Enjoy!!

I found that if I changed the talk in my head from : This sucks! ... I want off this thing!.. My God! I can't do this!! to: Come on girl, you can do this!!... Your going to be so glad you stayed on to the end!!... Every minute I stay on this another calorie burned!! it helped alot & I always felt great at the end no matter how exhausted I was & that my thighs were screaming. Good luck & keep your thought on the goal!!

Really nice machine!! I'll have to stick with my treadmill for right now. I just can't afford that, especially when I want other things..like new flooring, clothes, etc. etc.

Couldn't agree more. My legs would give out on me long before the rest of me did. I was also very surprised, I was like you just thought it'd be like walking...yeah, no it isn't...

Oh one thing I did too was to hang a pair of my goal jeans right beside it. That way when I started giving up I would look at them and say to myself "never going to fit into them that way". Still not in them but hopefully I will be pretty soon.

Oh, Elliptical machines are my favorite workout machines! I LOVE them! Put me on one of those in front of a TV and I could go all afternoon!
