I don't eat it, but i know most of the time they get put in bread rolls with sour crout

mmm we love them tend to grill and have with german curry sauce and chips with mayonnaise. Very fatterning but a treat.

We either grill them or if we prepare them inside, we put them in a skillet with about 1/2" of water and boil them, turning frequently for even cooking, let all the water boil away then sear them on all sides. Eat with Bavarian sour crout and German potato salad. I don't drink, normally, but have been known to enjoy a dark Beck beer with this meal. Usually when I'm in a German restarant, which is rare. These tastes mingled with the dark beer just go together so well. A little rye bread is a nice addition as well.
