My Jaw.....

I couldn't find the tread about my swollen jaw, so I'm posting where I should..


I did go to the Dr. and told him I didn't think it was a tooth or anything like that. He gave me a stronger ibuprophen and it has made the swelling go down and the fever that was there is gone.

Well...I now think it was a tooth...: rolleyes: This morning I was getting a bad taste in my mouth and thought it tasted a bit like blood. I brushed my teeth again and sure enough...my gum in the back where the swelling was is bleeding and feels kind of 'big'. So Monday I'll be calling the dentist to see if I can get in asap before it gets worse.

I tell you if it isn't one thing it's another. Getting real tired of something always popping up needing taken care of. Other than that....at this moment....all is good.

Maybe it's an infection. Good that you are going to the dentist Monday! Maybe a beer will help the pain!

ROFLMAO!!!!!! It couldn't hurt could it? It probably is some kind of infection. I do have some antibiotics left so I'll take them until Monday. I'm sure I'll be able to get in. I'm not in any pain or anything.

I hope the dentist was able to get you in soon and get whatever it is taken care of. Hopefully it's not anything big.......I hate dentists!! (It comes from going to an old army dentist when I was a kid......very rough!!)
