I found a home for Scooby!
Scooby, the pup ds rescued just over a month ago, went to his new home tonight. He will now have 3 little boys ages 2,3, and 5 to play with! He's very active and playful, so I think this will be a great fit. He's up to 24 lbs, so is big enough to handle himself, but not so big he should be a danger to the kids.
I am SO relieved to have found him a decent home. He and Moses played, but would often end up actually fighting. So far neither had gotten hurt, but the bigger they got the more worried I was that they might. Moses seems more content now that he has his house and family back to himself. He's much more laid back and quiet than Scooby, so I expect things to settle down around here a bit now. I'm glad we were able to take him in, and relieved that he's now gone again to a good place. I know the people who took him, as I used to babysit for the boys grandpa way back when. LOL Funny how that works when you're in a rural area like ours.

What a happy ending!! Isn't it great how rural area people are close...yet far? Not like having neighbors next door watching every move you make, but rural neighbors are always there when you need them, or just to stop and chat for awhile.
