JANET... Oh JANET!!!
When you're selling pups and have a buyer who definitely wants A pup but is having a terrible time deciding WHICH pup, are there any tips you use to help?
I've had 2 people choose one, pay their deposit, then call to ask if they can choose a different one instead. Naturally I went along with it since the ones they wanted were still available, but with 12 pups it's already a balancing act trying to keep everything straight... I have different colored collars on the reserved pups and have written down who gets which and when they paid their deposit etc... so I'm trying really hard to keep it all straight, but I really don't want to mess up! Any words of wisdom for me?

Sure, I make sure I know the puppies personalities...it's going to be harder for you with sooo many...LOL
Then I just try to find the family that is well suited for the puppy. If the family is gone all the time, ball games, work, family outings...etc. then I wouldn't want them to have a shy puppy. A shy puppy would need someone to spend lots of quality time with it to help bring it out of it's shell. Same with a hyper puppy, if they are busy all the time...how is this puppy going to work off all that energy? Plus....this one is hard....I just always get a 'gut' feeling.
