Lost, then Gained....Sigh
Last time I went to WW I lost 2.4 pounds. Today, I had gained 1.6.
I decided to buy pepporoni pizza and stromboli (google it!) for dinner tonight and to start over tomorrow morning!

Just look at it as a minor set back - enjoy your pizza and start fresh with new motivation!

Judy!!! BOY DO I UNDERSTAND!!!! Tonight I had a chicken grilled stuffed burrito and a bean burrito from Taco Bell. Heck with the points. I took 7th grade heathens (sp) to a ball game today and I deserve whatever I want. I will never EVER take another high school trip. So I came home and ate what I wanted and did not go to WW's. I'll start again tomorrow too!

Judy, and Janet just get back on track tomorrow. It is ok to cheat.. I was doing good myself since I had the implants I wasn't eating much and had lost about 8 pds. I still cant chew on that side. But I am eating soft foods and the wrong foods.. sheesh I gained some weight back.. Oh well. I should practice what I preach.

I think in any kind of diet, we need or feel we need to take a week off. Even with WW's. I know we can eat anything we want as long as we count points, but sometimes ya just need time off from counting. I also missed having a 'full' feeling.

I agree. I find that even when I'm taking time out, my portions are smaller, and my choices aren't so bad. Except for the pizza and stromboli!

Your doing just fine Judy, i cheated for a week on Vacation down Florida, i gained 6 lbs., but since i been back i been sick, so i lost 4lbs, with this weather no wonder i went from 90 degree days back to 40 degree, as soon the weather breaks my girlfriend and i are going to start walking again. can't wait.
dieting is an un and down yo-yo, it's frustrating... so enjoy that pizza and start again tomorrow.... you must spluge alittle if not you'll crash..

I haven't gotten back on track yet!! Good for you though. I'm going to be embarrassed to get weighed this week. I know I've had to gain 3-4 lbs most likely. I'll get back on it.
