Spinach Dip
1 package frozen spinach
8 oz mayonaisse 8 oz sour cream 1 package Knorr's Vegetable Soup Mix 1 can chopped water chestnuts 1. Dethaw spinach in microwave. 2. Take LOTS of paper towels and press the spinach in between the paper towels to get the spinach as dry as possible. 3. Break spinach up in large tupperware. 4. Mix remaining ingredients with spinach. 5. Refridgerate for awhile. 6. Enjoy with your favorite crackers, or my favorite, Fritos Scoops! Yum! |

This is how my mom makes it too, and it's so good! I like to slice up a french loaf and spread it on that. Yummy!

YUM!!!!!!! Yes, it is good (and a good presentation) to hollow out a loaf of bread and put it in the center and then spread it on the bread you took out. It yummy that way!

OH I forgot to add.......make sure you drain the water chestnuts. I usually pour out the water and then put the water chestnuts on a paper towel to drain some more. Sorry!
