I am a bit worried...

I have a irregular period.. My Dr gave me a pill to start it, scent I have not had it... in about 2 going on 3 months...

She said as soon as I take it, a few days later I should ovulate and then have my period. Then she wanted to start me on fertility pills. (I am trying to get pregnant.)

Well I ovulated two days ago, which I didn't know till my hubby and I made love ( I have a ovulite which tells me when I ovulate and didn't do it till that night) well yesterday I went potty, whipped and there was just a small spot of blood. I didn't think anything of it. Then this after noon, I went potty and whipped and there was blood. As if I just stared my period and caught it in time before it hit my undies. It was really light blood, but now is looks as if my period is about to end.. its a brownish red color...

I cant take a pregnancy test till eight days after I conceived, if I did... scent last night/ this morning, I have felt nauseated, bloated and cramping.. I am a bit worried...

well i know it took me 4 months to get pregnant with my last one and i used an ovulation kit so it might just take some time but when you are ovulating go at it like rabbits all day and night long as far as the period goes i'm not sure but i would trust your doctor they know what they are doing . It's been so long since we went through the fertility treatments. I can't even remember the name of the shots I had to take. All I remember was there was a big chance of multiple births. I wish I could remember more to offer advice, but I'm afraid I can't. Good luck in your quest for a child. It can be very stressful trying to conceive.

Hummm, What's the name of the pill? Maybe you could call and talk to the doctor about this? I'd keep making love until you get that baby. Don't give up!!

Libby, I'd call the doctor first thing in the morning to find out what she thinks. I took the fertility drug Clomid for several years before conceiving. I don't remember having a discharge like you are describing, but that was many years ago. I do remember that immediately after becoming pregnant the first time, I got really bloated and did not feel at all like myself. The second pregnancy I wasn't bloated at all.

The pills I was on are called medroxyprogester (SP?)... You take them for 10 days then you have your period after two weeks of taking your last pill... Well, I was off it 4 days ago, then all this happened.

I called my Dr today after I posted and she said its prob just a brake through bleeding and there is nothing to worry about...

I have had brake through bleeding when I was on birth control but I have never had cramps with it or felt bloated...it almost feels as if I am on my period but it is soo light, there is nothing really coming out...maybe like a teaspoon worth of blood every 4 hrs, IF that... and I keep getting sharp camp like feeling in my right ovarie area, every now and again....

I am worried but at the some time I am hopping I am pregnant...
