Damn f*#@ing jerk!!!
I am sick as s*** (pardon moi french!) with 104% temp for the past two days and my hubby's ass is snoring in the m.f.ing bed cuz OMG he has a dang infected toenail!!! so i'm hobbling around like an old meemaw trying to pick up all his damn messes around the house....not to mention that he let my puppy eat cheese all last night when i was asleep so there is dog puke all over my couch and s*** in every room and whiskey has frigging cheese wax stuck all over her face and i can't get it out and i don't want to have to cut it out because i'm growing her coat out. i even told him that i would make him a nice breakfast in bed if he helped me pick up around the house and he just pulled the covers over his stupid head-why is it when i get sick my house goes to hell??? sorry for swearing but i don't feel good at all...

I think men are still little boys in big bodies, spoiled by mommy, and expect the same from the wife after they married.

It is hard at times, even worse when you don't feel well at all. Don't worry about the messes (other than Whiskey and his waxey cheesy face) and lie there and get some rest. I hope you feel better soon.

I'm so sorry you are sick! Yeah, it does seem that when men are sick they can't do "jack crap" around the house because..."O, my throat hurts", or my head hurts, or I feel like crap! So they lay in the recliner, on the couch, or in the bed while you continue to do all the housework and stuff. My hubby is no different but...I do have to admit that when I'm sick, he takes care of our furbabies and skin kids as well as cooks and cleans the kitchen - at least for the first day or two when I feel REALLY crappy! But once I start moving around a bit more, it's like the batteries in his alter ego die and he doesn't do stuff, waits for me to do it.

Why are men like that? Sometimes mine will be so helpful when I'm sick, but most times NOT!!! He was so great when I had my hysterectomy, couldn't ask for better, but then again we were worried for so long that it might have been cancer.
Now if I just have a cold or flu, about the most I get is "how ya feel'n now?", unless I ask can you fold the clothes in the dryer or can you empty the dishwasher. They act like they have an on/off switch on the inside....sure wish it was on the outside.....LOL

I'm so sorry you feel so bad! What a way to spend a day. I wouldn't worry about the house either. It'll be there when you're better or decide to blow it up, whichever comes first! I'd only worry about furbaby. Big baby would have to fend for himself!

If you are that sick you really need to be resting instead of cleaning or worrying. I'm sorry your hubby is being such a pain in the a$$. Hope you feel better soon. Take some tylenol and drink lots of fluids!

Also...you can do what I do....I tell them put whatever they get out back where it belongs...If I have to pick it up...it goes in the trash, no exceptions!!! I've never had to throw anything out yet...well, I did throw some stuff out the back door that belonged in his garage...but so far that's it!

I'm Back!!!
thanks for worrying about me ya'll i am feeling better now except that my grandpa (my dad's daddy) died yesterday...they took him off life support and he didn't make it he has had a bad heart for years apparently. my poor grandma-they were married for over 60 years. me and my dad don't talk-we just send each other cards at xmas. long story there...my mom left him when i was three and i guess he still hasn't gotten over that. he still lives with his parents and has never gone out with another woman. he was real bad into drugs and alcohol and he still is....my mom didn't want me to be raised by an alcoholic/druggie...she said he just didn't care about anything except his next fix. anyway...my hubby is still an a-hole but i love him...dang! here i am lying in bed with a HIGH fever feeling like i got beat up by mike tyson and he's wanting a piece of ass!!! i asked him to hold me cuz i was cold and the next thing i know he starts humping all over me-jerk. so i asked him to stop and he waited till i was asleep and tried to you know what...i got pissed and went in the bathroom and sat there for like ten minutes hoping he would have cooled down and gone to sleep...i go to get back in bed and he had left his "mark" all over my damn side of the bed....i stormed off and slept in the girls bed. thank god they were at my mil's house. i chewed him a new one the next morning but he acted all innocent like he didn't even touch me. oh ya'll it gets worse.....the next day i'm still sick with a fever and he wakes me up screaming about i need to get my lazy ass up and cook supper cause he was hungry and the kids had just come home it's friggin' 4:20 in the afternoon...well he gets on his high horse cusses me out in front of the girls then says he's going to mcdonald's to get something to eat cuz my lazy ass won't get out of bed. not even ten minutes later he comes storming back in hollering where's his damn supper...i said i thought you were getting burgers. then my oldest dtr said "No mom we just drove thru the Mcdonalds and then Daddy hauled back home to finish yelling at you" Ya'll should have seen the look on his face!!! I said that was sad of him to be treating me like that in front of the babies then to get their mouth all workied up for happy meals and teasing them....big ol' turd!!!

I'm glad you are better, but I think I'm going to keep my mouth shut regarding the way hubby's been treating you.

There are only two things I'm going to say:
1. I hope you get to feeling better really soon. 2. If you want you daughters growing up thinking it's okay for a man to treat a woman like that, because they will imitate you, (same sex has the most influence on children) then you are doing the right thing by tolerating it.
