Secrets...
 

Do you keep any secrets from your husband? Or do you have the relationship that you both tell each other EVERYTHING?

I've been married for many years and tell my husband most everything. But...lately I've found myself holding back a few little details. (secrets) :o

I tell my husband absolutely everything. I tend to be a bit of an over sharer. I'm sure somethings he'd probably wish I just kept to myself.

I've got some secrets that I haven't told. It all happened way before I even knew him but I figure...why tell him? He may not be very understanding.

It depends on what it is about, if a friend tells me something in confidence I don't devulge. I don't like to air out other people's laundry so to speak unless they want me to say something and get a mans opinion. I basically talk about whats going on in my life , I don't hold secrets concerning myself or my children.. If I had to it would be only not to hurt my husband.

I don't tell my husband everything. If it concerns our home and family, then yeah, most of the time. But the other stuff in my life is mine, unless I feel like sharing. I never repeat a secret, I would hate that done to me, so a secret is safe with me.

I personaly think secrets are a good thing .not all infromation makes for good communication let alone a closer bond .

If someone tells me something in confidence than no way will i share it with him!
I don't tell him EVERYTHING about myself, because i know some of the things he just won't get LOL ;)

We tell each other everything! But like everyone else said, I keep secrets that people tell me!

c'mon EVERYTHING!!!, some things have to be kept inside...

I keep a few secrets to myself.....my mom always said that men like a little mystery to their women;) ;) ;)

I agree with this. I keep just enough secrets to have a little mystery...and to not get in trouble! :p (I'm not talking about anything BIG...just when I buy stuff for my yorkies kind of thing. :p )

yeah...yorkie stuff is bought on the down-low around here too!!!;)

I tell my husband everything i hate having a lie between us.

Yep, he knows it all, the good and the bad, past, present, and plans for the future. I do keep my friends and daughter's confidences, but this he understands and respects. Anything affecting us or if it is something about our daughters that he needs to know, we share.

I can't think of any secrets that I'm purposefully keeping from him. Of course, I keep any confidences from friends, and mg, certainly don't tell him everything that goes on in my day...don't really want to hear every minute of his day either! We'd never have time for anything else!

But, no secrets that I can think of...he knows the bad as well as the good!

Well we have the kind of relationship that I could tell him everything. However there are sometimes that I just opt to not tell him....like how much I spent shopping today. He wouldn't say anything but it just seems like its prob better not to tell.....

That's where I'm at. We can talk about anything. Most of my day wouldn't interest him any way! Especially the kinda stuff we rattle on about here or when I'm out to lunch with the girls.

I never call him at work, though. I have friends that will call their husbands with all kinds of BS in the middle of his work day... why bother him when he can't do anything about it any how. I've learned that timing is everything.... especially if I want something!:p
