TACO SOUP

1 lb ground beef (browned and drained)
1 pk Taco seasoning
1 pk Ranch dressing (powder kind for dressing NOT dip)
1 can Corn (undrained)
1 can Rotel (undrained)
1 can beans (your choice undrained)
shredded cheese

Brown your meat and drain off fat. Transfer to a large pot. Add the Taco and Ranch seasoning packets and all of your canned items. Heat to boiling.

Spoon into your soup bowls and add shredded cheese. Serve with a side of cornbread.
This looks wonderful! I want to try it, but what is Rotel?
