Veggie Empanadas

Soy beef crumbles imitation
Potatoes
onions
cabbage
carrots
homemade salsa

pastry

flour
water
vegan butter
salt to taste

I'm bad at measuring so sorry about no measuring.

I twisted Gayles recipe a little because I needed to get rid of some veggies. And of course because I'm vegan this month.
