Survey for school project
Hey everyone! I am currently doing a survey as part of a huge project for school. It's about health care issues and is for adults age 18-30 living in the US. It's short and simple and probably won't take more than five minutes. If you or anyone you know would be willing to do this for me, I would really appreciate it! The more I get the better.
