I hope you can get your files all back Janet! I still keep in touch with my geeky ex boyfriend so when my hard drive went, he charged me for a new one but put it in for free. But he couldn't get anything from the old hard drive... it had wiped itself clean
 All of Layla's puppy pictures were on there and I had no backups. I cried! All I have now are memories!
