I did! What a wonderful group. It's called the Catskills Women's' Network, and has been around for years. I don't know a lot about the philosophy, etc., but I am going to a board meeting at the end of the month. There were such friendly, nice women. I think I will make some good friends here.

I'm so glad I went. One of my neighbors was there. I met her a while ago. She's a bit strange, but I'm meeting up with her on Saturday. Our condo manager is a singer and we're going to her show together Saturday evening. I'll find things to like about her, I'm sure.

There was a speaker there. He spoke about five women who made our area what it is today. I am a little over the powerful women thing. I already know that we rule the universe. I did learn some history about "The Upper Catskills," though. I think this might be something very interesting to pursue.
