No Haley I don't know anyone who used it. All I can say is that I quit 28 yrs. ago , cold turkey!! Yep when I put something in my mind whether its losing weight or anything I am a very disciplined woman. Thats just me....
Good luck Haley and Brenda.. You both can do it!!! Just think of all the money you will say.. Geeze when I smoked they were 55 cents a pack. $1.00 in the clubs.. lol |
