Ahhhhhhhhh that is sooo frustrating... I hope they give you a new hard drive without charging you of course.. Thank God you have the old one this way you can still commuicate with us.

Judy, I sure hope they get it right this time! I know that a slow computer is aggravating but it's better than no computer. At least you have a back up and can still be online when you want to.

Oh so sorry, Judy, that you're still having trouble with your computer. It's so fustrating, isn't it? I think that I finally have mine back to working.....thanks to a very nice Dell employee named Chad!!! I know that you've been dealing with this for more than a couple of days like I have. I hope that your computer comes back all nice and shiny.......and running so fast and easy that your fingers will hardly be able to keep up!!!!

Last time they onloy had it for a couple of days. I think I had it back in 3 days after I finally sent it in.
