It sounds like all-in-all you had a good day and got a lot accomplished even though you hit a snag. Even it got worked out. Let's hope that everything else runs smoothly and comes together easily. I'm sure that it was hard having almost in-laws coming with you that you hardly know, rying to make wedding decisions and be friendly at the same time. I'm sure that you handled everything very well.
