Instant Messaging
Okay...I'm a novice at this, but how many of you have IM? I have my camera hooked up now, but does it only work with video calls or can it work with IM too? So much to learn. I have MSN Instant Messaging but it also works with Yahoo now I guess. Not sure of all the specifics, so if someone knows...can you answer the questions I've asked and give a few more pointers?...

I have msn messenger, and the camera will work with it. If you're in a conversation with someone, and you camera is plugged in, right under your picture there should be a little camera symbol. If you click on that you can start your webcam.

Yes Janet, I believe the video calls include voice? If you just want the camera, Lindsey is right.
For yahoo, you go to the webcam button at the top of your conversation.

Thanks ladies. I don't think I can do a video call...I don't have a microphone..I don't think...but I can't type in the IM.
