Oh man, i'm so sorry to hear about the break up! However i do believe that there's a reason for everything.
I know it's hard, and after 8 years  You have come to the right place to vent and let go of all those emotions! He couldnt stand your babies, well girl... as hard as it sounds, i think your way better off living alone and love your fur kids, they don't judge, and they always there when we need them. Sounds like you found a nice little house all fenced in with a doggie play yard around the corner, that's neat!! Well done girl  Thumbs up for you!!
