Guess what I bought last night...
A CHRISTMAS TREE!!!!!!!!!
I am such a Christmas nut, and I don't have a tree of my own because my roommate had a small tree in our last place. I have been so excited looking at all the trees and decorations in the stores, and I've had a spot planned for a Christmas tree since I moved into my condo Anyways, I found a 7.5' tree in a classified ad, and it looked really nice and full. It also came with lights! I have been looking at brand new trees in stores, and anything this nice is upwards of $300 They were asking $100. I couldn't pass it up Scott and I picked it up last night... it splits into 3 pieces and the branches all fold up instead of coming right off. We managed to stuff the whole thing into my Cavalier lol, and then hauled it up to the third floor of my building! When we got it inside, we pushed all the branches up and wrapped it up tight so it fits nicely in the corner of the storage room off the deck. I am so excited for Christmas now. We plugged in all the strands of lights last night to see if they worked, and that just did it for me. I just can't wait to get Halloween over with now so the Christmas season can begin

That's cool!!! Your tree sounds a lot like mine and if it is it's pretty heavy!!! It's really pretty though when it's all spread out and the ornaments are on it!! I bet that you'll enjoy decorating for the holidays!!!

Oh yes, it's heavy! Scott carried the two big pieces up while I carried the little top and opened the doors... he was panting pretty hard when we finally got in!
