Wow, I guess things always look better on the other side, until you hear about the stuff the other side is going through. Don't blame you about the car. No way would I want to be without a car with kids, or alone.
As for the tree....trees have always been special to me. They are so magnificent, so powerful.  I understand why it upsets you so....
