Of course it would have been very exciting for the US to win, but I was so happy that Canada won the gold at home. It turned out just the way it should. Congratulations Lindsay!

I'm glad the women and men both won gold in hockey! For most Canadians, it's the biggest event in the Olympics. The way the men had been playing, I didn't think they had a chance. Boy did they pull it together tonight! I never thought the women would have a problem though. I wanted to share this picture I saw on facebook today before the game
