Thanks!!! Diane, this possession happened very quickly. When I bought my condo, it was about 2 months between making the offer and actually being able to move in. But in this case, the people have been trying to sell the house for 7 months and it has been vacant since January. The guy who bought my condo wanted to get in as soon as possible so he asked for a possession date of April 15th... I wasn't going to turn it down because it was a great offer! So we asked to get possession of the house the weekend before, so we could have our families come in to help us move.

There are so many little things we overlooked that are stressing me out a bit. I planned to use the money from the condo sale to pay for closing costs, and just realized we close on the house before the condo, so now I have to come up with a few thousand dollars So Scott and I will have to dip into some savings accounts and try to come up with enough this week. And I'm starting to stress that we won't have enough time in the evenings this week to finish our packing.

With the stuff about my brother's girlfriend, I did get really upset for a few days. I let my brother know I was very upset too. He said he understands and I didn't deserve what she did or said, but that I can't expect an apology because she's the kind of person who will never apologize. But it's really hard for me to pretend nothing's going on when she makes it very obvious she's ignoring me and Scott, or when she says things about my family on facebook She deleted the facebook stuff but I was sure fuming while it was there. I just want to protect my family.

Oh dear it seems you are getting a lot of stress with everything going on. It is so exciting moving, but the downsides are pretty difficult too, at least you have a way of making it work out, even though it will take some juggling around, and you have your family to help out too.

Will you be able to take some time off work?

I totally understand how you feel i have moved myself last August, and it certainly takes a lot or organising. I felt as if i was packing, planing and preparing for ever - yet not getting anywhere

I wish you all the luck in the world, with everything, I agree with Diana, i think your brother deserves a nicer girlfriend, hopefully he will realise this for himself soon - errrrrr if only it was that simple eh?
