I am currently a full time student I left the surgical field (was a SurgTech) to pursue my dream. My goal is to become a CRNA so it will take a few years but I'm willing to pursue this career. Just in case I don't make it I still want to have a career as an RN.

That sounds great! My dream is nowhere near engineering but maybe someday it will happen Right now my job pays the bills so I can't afford to leave it!

Hi Jessica, I'm an RN, for the past 36 years and I hope you realize your dream.

I live in Austin Texas and I teach nursing at the university of Texas. I have one daughter and 2 granddaughters. They both live near us. My husband is retired due to several health problems so he has plenty of time to take care of our two furbabies, Rex and Rowdy.

I'm Maddie, from Calgary, Alberta. I'm 20 years old, living at home while I go to University. I have a Mommy, a Daddy, a brother, Reilly, 19, and a furbaby yorkie Lucas who will be 2 in September . I also have a boyfriend of 3 and a half years

Thank you, I'm not a straight A student but am a hard worker so hopefully that will help me. I just started school again and boy is it hard, I even take mini semester and of course summer school.

Hope you don't mind if I pop once in awhile and ask a question or two

And I'm sure your husband feels very lucky to have you

Yep, my hubby says very often, how lucky he is to have me. But then again, he gets tired of me telling him what he needs to do!

Hello, Jessica!!! Welcome to 4WT. I'm another Texan, a little south of you, in Victoria. I have a husband of 36 years, two daughters, both married. One lives here near us, her husband is a firefighter. Our older daughter lives in Twentynine Palms, California. Her husband is a Navy Corpsman serving with the Marines in Afghanistan. She is here with us for the summer. We have two yorkies, and a grand English bulldog (no grandchildren for a while at least).

Oh, and I work full time in industrial sales. Have a degree in engineering, so I sell engineered products to the petrochemical plants, refineries and power plants.
