I made a few phone calls, spoke to the nicest people, who directed me to the W2 office that sent out the form. I called, but could only leave a call back message.
I'll try again today, because they haven't called back yet.

Isn't it awful when they don't call back? It gets so frustrating when you're trying to find out something. I hope you don't have to pay anything Judy.

I do have to pay
 I got in touch with the last person, the one who didn't call me back, and it was vacation pay. I am going to send in the form to IRS disputing part of it, because I had to pay back the DOE for sick days. (I went over the allowed amount). You never can tell.Either way, I will pay it out and forget about it. I'll figure that it's going to a family that is out of work, and it is helping them out with food, etc. The woman who didn't call me back told me that they are not allowed to make calls out of NYC!!! That's why she didn't call me back. She said, "You know how it is to work for the City!" I do know, and we just laughed.
