What do you watch on TV??

Is anyone else a TV-holic like I am?? Seriously, all I look forward to everyday is curling up on the couch at night with my hubby and yorkies and watching my favorite TV shows. I am literally OBSESSED with every single TV show I watch. What is your TV-watching schedule? Here is mine:

Monday:
Wife Swap
Bachelor
What About Brian

Tuesday:
Dancing With the Stars
House
Boston Legal

Wednesday:
Dancing With the Stars Results Show
Dr. 90210
Dateline

Thursday:
My Name is Earl
The Office
Grey's Anatomy

I don't have any regular shows that I watch. I like movies. I watch a lot of Lifetime and LMN movies. Other than that it's whatever I find when I'm channel surfing!

OH! I forgot that I watch OPRAH every single day! I tape it bc I don't get off work until 5 and it comes on at 4 and I watch it when I get home after work everyday.

Yes, I watch Dr. Phil when I'm at home and catch it, but I don't record it. I don't have time at night to watch TWO recorded shows on top of my nightly TV schedule.

I watch these at work live... lol... I can work and watch TV since it is in my office./... too bad we dont have cable...lol

That is SOOO awesome that you can watch TV shows at work!!!!!!! I'm so jealous! My computer doesn't have speakers...probably because they didn't want us watching tv.

dang ladies!!!! my sister watches that much tv and i make her get on the eliptical machine for 2 shows so at least shes getting some workout goin on while watching it! lol ... im a netlflix gal.. i love movies

my sister lost 20 pounds (baby weight) in like 2 months by doing that too!

I should get on the treadmill while I'm watching, that would help a great deal I'm sure. But my shows are on in the evening and I'm usually asleep by 9 or 9:30 PM. If I stay awake much longer, I still get up at the same time, but I'm sleepy earlier the next night. I know this sounds like an excuse, but if I take a shower that late, I'll be dead the next day.

What I really need to do is walk while I'm on the computer, but man oh man the misspelled words would be plentiful!!! LOL

Anyways, pretty much the only show I watch regularly is Prison Break. That's my Monday night ritual! Other than that, I just watch a lot of TLC and Discovery.
