Zumba Anyone

I have tried the Zumba classes a few times right before Christmas.. I JUST LOVED IT!!! It is a great workout and you feel wonderful .. It takes a while to learn the steps and movements but it is fun. I stopped since the holidays came and went then we had this aweful winter.. But I would like to pick it up again, but I don't know if I should as of yet with the sciatica.. They sell the dvd but I know me I won't do it , it much more fun going to the class and working out. Has anyone tried it yet?

It's all of that, Gayle. Have you seen the commercials on TV?

Gina, my daughter, Dae Lynn, bought the dvds. She's enjoyed doing it but she gets fustrated having Little Karlie do it with her!!! I don't think that she's used it much but she talks often about getting started with it again. I think the classes would be wonderful to do. It's so much easier to do it with others than to say you're going to do it by yourself.

There are a lot of women taking the class here. I wanted to so bad....but..right now I can't. It looks like so much fun...maybe I should think about the DVD's.
