I sent you an ecard! I didn't have a celebration either, but they did try at least, and we will be together for the weekend.

Anyway, I still have my card from the Gecko!

Seriously, I was a bit sad that I got no cards or calls from friends, but at the end of the day, Jess called me first thing in the morning, and left me a facebook post the night before, and on my birthday. My cousin called me, and my favorite Aunt, and then I ended the day with the kids singing HB to me over the speakerphone last night. I was happy because these are the people I love.

Ahh! The wisdom that comes with age! Too bad you also get old too!

I hope things slow down a little bit for you Janet. Sounds like you have alot on your plate right now. Your brothers should help more with the dr appts for your Mom. I know they work but so do you! And yes it is extremely hard taking care of a sick parent, emotionally and physically drains you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
