Carpal Tunnel Surgery

I have to be at the hospital in town at 7:00 in the morning...even though they are not suppose to do the surgery until 8:00 AM. Instead of waking up my son, I'm just going to drive myself and then have them call my brother to come get me and take me home. No sense anyone having to get up that early just to sit around and wait on me. It won't take that long and they said I should be ready to go home by 9:30 or so.

Hopefully the surgery will work and I won't have the numb hands. I know it will take some time to know if it was successful and if it is...I will have the other hand done. I'm not nervous at all, just anixously hoping it works.

All done...have some pain but know will heal soon. Very hard typing w/one hand...lol

I'm so glad that the surgery went well Janet. Hope the pain goes away real soon. How long will you be off work?

I'm sure that a little pain is normal but will heal quickly!! Can't wait until you're back to using two hands!!!!

I hope you are doing better today, but it usually takes 3 days to feel better. Check in when you can.

I'm doing great! Very little pain in the hand this morning. Can't wait to get this bulky bandage off later today so I can type a little better. Using two hand right now....
