I didn't watch the first season. I've started watching, but don't always get to see it. I have a hard time staying awake...LOL

We have a DVR from our cable company, so Grey's always recorded whenever it comes on and we watch it later and fast forward through those long commercials. We do this with most of the shows we watch. Makes it so much easier and utilizes our time much better. I think you can buy a TiVO that does the same thing, but not sure how it works, or if it works on satellite or just cable.

My hubby and I are OBSESSED with this show. I am not kidding when I say we have not missed a single episode since it's been on the air. I think Christina is going to kill George's dad next week and that is how everything is going to come out regarding Burke's hand.

And is it just me or is everyone sick of the "Denny" storyline. I'm sorry, but that was so farfetched and to be quite frank with you, I'm sick of hearing about it. I want Izzy to be with Alex.

I'm worried about George's dad, also. Something bad definitely happens in surgery next week from the previews. Burke was so ready to tell people about his problem, it seems to me a little unreal that he is denying it like he is now. He and Christina are supposed to be such brilliant people. Its very unbelievable that they would think they could keep operating together and no one would know.

I'm a little tired of the Denny story line, too, but in reality, she would need a little time to get over him.

I felt so sorry for Addison when she tossed her rings. I know she was the adulterous woman, and I didn't get why she jumped back in bed with McSteamy sooo quickly, but she's so nice otherwise. I really like her.

And what was the little bickering she a McDreamy were doing when they went to talk with the Chief. It was cute, but it's almost like there is a little flicker still there.

My hubby doesn't like the show. He thinks there's too much promiscuity. I have to admit, that it does bother me, but the realtionships are what have me hooked, not whether or not they sleep together. I just try to not dwell on that. I did like that Meridith and the Vet and Izzy and Denny were not intimate. They had very romantic relationships without it.

The thing I don't like about the Izzy/Denny storyline is that would NEVER EVER EVER happen in real life. It is just WAAAAAAY too unbelievable for me. If someone in real life did what Izzy did (cut Denny's wire so he could get a heart transplant), she would be GONE, no questions asked, and quite possibly have criminal charges pressed against her.

Oh, yeah, I agree, I don't get that either. That part is definitely unbelievable, to cut the cord and no repercussions at all. And, for someone to get as attached as she did, it would seem that they have serious emotional issues that would have to be dealt with as well. I like Izzy, but you are right.
