Whoo Hooo!!!!
I've been told i have bragging rights!!! My boy Nik was in his 1st show today, he won 1st place in his age group 6-9 months and took a reserve in another class against an older yorkie in full coat. He was in the ring against a very well known handler, if anyone is on YT she showed Carl Starks Sebastien in NYC, he is a beautiful dog, anyways Nik won over her dog. I am so excited. My breeder/handler said everyone was so excited about Nik and how beautiful he is.
Nik's next show is next Saturday and Sunday so we shall see how he does then, alot depends on the judge also, some are very understanding and some have no patience, luckily we had a good one today. I only wish i could have been there to see him win his 1st ribbon. Wish us luck for next weekend. Do i sound like a proud mommy  Pic's coming soon as i get them!!

Of course you are proud!!!! You have every right to be....I'm so happy for you Lynne. You have been wanting to get into showing so bad and now...first place. Way to go Nik!!!!
I do have to ask...I already did on FB....where in the heck are some pictures!!!

OH WOW! Lynne, I am so proud of you and Nik! What a beautiful boy he is. I just love his face. I am so awed that he would win first on his first show, what an accomplishment! You have every right to be so proud of him!

Congrats Lynne!!! I'm so happy for you and Nik!! He is gorgeous!! Is there still a show at Ky Horse Park? If so do you ever go to that one? If you ever do go there, be sure to let me know. I'd love to come down for it if Nik is going to be in it

She will be makeing a trip to In on the 21/22 and show him so i will go to that one and then maybe to one in either Mi or Ohio. With the price of gas i can't afford to go to far.

Just got a call from my friend/handler that Nik placed 1st in class and took another reserve (2nd) against an adult dog, same as he did last weekend. He will show again tomorrow so hopeing he will do just as well, i don't think there will be as many dogs tomorrow so we will see what happens. I am so happy for how well he is doing. My friend has gotten so many compliments on how nice he looks, he just needs to grow some leggs lol.
