The thing I don't like about the Izzy/Denny storyline is that would NEVER EVER EVER happen in real life. It is just WAAAAAAY too unbelievable for me.
 If someone in real life did what Izzy did (cut Denny's wire so he could get a heart transplant), she would be GONE, no questions asked, and quite possibly have criminal charges pressed against her.
