no fat biscuits
These were pretty good!
Heat oven to 450 1 1/2 cup self rising flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/4 cups plain, non-fat greek yogurt Mix flour and salt, make a well in the flour and put in yogurt. Mix with spoon or fork to blend flour and yogurt. Shape in a ball and put on floured surface. Pat down and the fold over once and pat down, fold again and pat down again to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 2" biscuits, place in a non stick pan with sides touching. Bake 11-14 minutes. The dough (my favorite part ) tastes just like buttermilk biscuit dough. The cooked biscuits are a little chewy but they taste really good. We just ate them this evening with a tiny bit of butter and jelly. Even Gary liked them. I had to cut them open with a knife and I thought the inside wasn't cooked enough, but they tasted fine. The recipe makes 12 biscuits at 90 calories each.

Hmmm, I might have to try them with vegan yogurt this month.

That would work, I'm sure as long as the yogurt was thicker rather than runny.

That sounds like an interesting recipe. I'll have to save it and try it later when I'm not dieting. The flour is a no-no.
