Wow!!! I'm impressed!!! You're pretty handy!! Did you come up with that on your own or did you use plans? The chicks should be pretty happy in that!!

Jessica, I LOVE your pink coop. You did such a great job on it. The chicks are so cute. Lots of people in Austin have a few chickens in the backyard. I'm really impressed with your coop!

Guys don't give me credit I didn't do much but tell him what I wanted. My kids and the neighborhood kids helped with the painting.
No plans, his a handy man and was able to put things together. I'm so glad you like my coop. I'm the only one in my neighborhood with chickens ![]() |

Great job!!! Love the coop! Fresh eggs everyday.. little jealous here..
![]() My neighbors have a few chickens. "Had' a rooster that crowed very early in the mornings.. last few weeks haven't heard the crowing, so must have got rid of the rooster. Still have the chickens. You are lucky to have a handyman. I could use one of those too! ![]() |

Here's another one of our projects. I have been wanting a garden for a while now. Of course I'm clueless. I do have a space in between my garage and my front door where i can look through my kitchen window.
I brought blackberries, cantaloup, cucumbers, red and green bell peppers, onion, corns, hot peppers, jalapenos, regular tomatoes, purple tomatoes, grape tomatoes, spinach, apple mint, chocolate mint, 2 types of parsely, oregano, thyme, mexican terragano, cilantro, and I might be missing a couple more. I do want potatoes and carrots but there's no room. I'm going to wait till they all grow. Here's to my first try in gardening. ![]() |

Wow! You'll have fun with the garden. With such a variety of things, you'll find out what grows well and what doesn't. Good luck!
