I don't think I will stay on the Medifast diet. I love the bars, but I think eating low carb, healthy, small meals is more normal.
Here's what I'm thinking: Breakfast - bar snack - bar lunch - fruit, 100 cal. bagel, protein snack - fruit or bar dinner - protein and lots of green veggies snack - low carb, low cal something good (fruit maybe) 2 tbls. peanut butter - late night snack I weigh 140.8, and want to lose 7 pounds.
