I had a great day of eating well and healthy. Some of the things that were holding me back and making me stress...I've let go. I'm back to concentrating on my eating habits and know I'll do fine.

I've done real well the last few days so I think I'm back on track now. I was a little worried I wouldn't be able to go back to recording everything, but so far I'm doing good. Now if it would just cool off so I could get some walking in.

I must be doing something right....lol. This morning at the bank someone asked me if I'd lost some weight....yay!!! It's starting to show. Now that is a booster of self esteem!!!

Y'all are inspiring! I've eaten everything in sight for about the last month. Yesterday I started watching it again, and it's SO HARD!! I crave sugar like an addict craves crack
