I think we have 1800 square feet, but I'm not for sure since we built on and I could still use more room...lolol. Since it's pretty obvious I will have the dogs I need a room just for them. I would also like a nice guest room although we never have guests, but I would like Diana to have nice room when she visits.
 The room she had for me was wonderful!I would also like to move the house back a bit further from the road and turn it so the sun isn't shining directly on the front porch of an evening.
