Here's another one!
Some people add walnuts to this recipe and some add sunflower kernals. I do not do either.
Broccoli Salad 1 head broccoli cut to small pieces 1 small bunch green onions. Remove head and slice thinly 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 lb bacon fried crispy. Drain grease and place on paper towel to soak up excess. Dressing: 1 cup Miracle Whip 1/2 cup sugar 2 tsp vinegar Mix all ingredients of dressing and toss into salad. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |

Talk about a big glass of milk Kimberly try this one! My son and I eat this for breakfast, lunch, supper, evening snack and forget normal food, that's why I only make this at Christmas.
Eclair Cake 1 box of honey graham crackers 1 large box vanilla instant pudding mix 1 large container of Cool Whip 1 can milk choc icing Mix pudding by directions on box Add container of Cool Whip In a large oblong cake pan, put down a layer of graham crackers, then the Cool Whip/pudding mixture, and keep layering until the mixture is used up. Then top with graham crackers and then put the icing on top. This is very rich also, but this stuff is better than sex anytime!!!! ![]() My last one is Corn Flake Cookies: 1 cup white Karo syrup 1 cup white sugar let come to a boil and turn off heat add 1 teaspoon vanilla 6 cups corn flakes spoon onto wax paper and eat when cool YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY |

Wow, this site it the best. We get to talk about anything!!!! Baking is my thing!!! But can't bake often due to the calories. I usually bake and then give it away!!
Here's my pecan pie recipe. Get's rave reviews from everyone who trys it: Pecan Pie 1 to 2 cups of the highest quality pecan halves that you can find 1 scant cup brown sugar 1 tblsp. butter, melted 1 cup light Karo syrup 1/3 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 3 whole eggs Place pecans in unbaked pie shell. Pour mix of remaining ingredients over pecans, making sure all pecans are coated with the filling. Bake in 300° oven for 1 hour or until pie filling does not adhere to knife inserted into it. I sent this recipe to some customers in New Jersey with a bag of pecans. They were so excited to get the pecans that they ate them raw and never made the pie. Hope everyone who wants to make this can find decent pecans where you are. |

Carolyn, you wouldn't believe how good this is and so easy to make. My son loves Christmas just because it's the only time I make it. We eat it till it's gone. Just have plenty of milk. OOOHHHH it's to die for!!

Janet - My girlfriend makes something that sounds like this except hers has peaunut butter in it! I'm not a big sweet-eater, but it is EXCELLENT!!!
My mom always subscribes to Taste of Home for me, and it's a great magazine. You can't read it without getting hungry! Kimberley... I make the broccoli salad and it ROCKS, too! I don't add nuts, and I use mayo instead of Miracle Whip. |
