Where is everybody???

There is a really good strong group of faithfuls on here, and we are definitly enjoying each other's thoughts and comments, but where did everyone else go????

I know it's the holidays, but did everyone else go on vacation and leave their computers at home. Are we with only ones stuck at home, left behind???

Anyone coming back should jump right in and a let us know what you've been doing. Share the fun!!!!

Sorry, Marilyn, that I haven't been on here as much lately.

Before Christmas I had so very much to do that I didn't have time to come on.

This week I took my DIL and daughters to Wichita and we ate at a nice restaurant and did some after Christmas shopping.

On the days I was home my husband was in the office doing paperwork. He isn't happy when someone is on the computer when he wants to be in the office so it limits my time here and probably will until he gets our taxes paid (Mar. 1).

Today we have another Christmas party with my Mom, my brother, and his family.

And Tomorrow I have a big New Years Eve party here at the house.

As you can see we're still busy with the holidays. Next week things should get back to normal except for hubby in the office.

Diana...you're gonna have to ask for another computer! We need you here and you're missed when you're not! I had PM'd a bunch of members a couple of weeks ago that hadn't posted since October and some have posted a few times. I hope they give this site a chance...it's so much fun and I just love everyone here. Maybe after the holidays more will join in, if not, we still have our wonderful regulars.

Actually my husband's talked about getting another computer, but it seems like there's other things that I need so much worse. I had one once but it started having problems and now it won't even turn on.

My husband is not usually selfish, but when he wants to be at his desk he makes it known by little grunts and stomps around behind me when I'm at his desk!! It really is very funny when he does it. I really should get my own because he really keeps some important information on his and if it crashes I'm in BIG trouble.

It makes me feel good to think that you would miss me!!!

With every one home it is difficult to get a lookin on the computor, am only on now because it is early and I could not sleep every one else still snoring.

I haven't been on in about 2 weeks because I was sick 2 weeks ago and all last week I was at my parents house visiting and there was just NO time to chat online. But I'm back now!

I'm still on vacation and will be till Monday. I am ready to go back though, I need better structure to my day AND I do miss some of the kids...LOL some more than others.

Me either Tink....I'm always here, everyday! You'd think nothing got done around here and it doesn't like it use to...LOLOL I really would like to take a vacation and actually go somewhere, but with 3 yorkies and our Golden, it is almost impossible. I don't trust anyone to take care of them. It would be great if we could afford a motor home, that way I could take all of them with me. I'd like to have one of those big ones like a big greyhound bus!!! I know, I'm dreaming...ha ha

I'd just like to have more time off, period. I had three vacation days last week besides the holidays, and was back at work yesterday. I'm fortunate though, I get 3 weeks, 2 floating holidays, 2 personal days, and about 5 fixed holidays, so really should not complain.

I get so wrapped up in stuff here at home i forget about the forum, ugh. At times it just seems there are not enough hours in the day.
