I started to do this last night...when I got to the corners I didn't know what to do..I had to cut off the bottom (where I had already cut and tied) because it didn't look right.... So what you are saying is I have to actually cut out the corner? And the tied pieces are 4 inches long? Do I tie each 4 inch peice or do I take 2 and tie them together?

I"m sorry it is hard to expain but once done it makes sense. I hope this helps. Let me know. Debbie With the material laying on top of each other you tie the two pieces of fabric together. |

I'm interested in this, too, but I'm still unclear how they are tied. I'll try to ask my question in words as clear as I can. Do you leave each 4" strip you are about to tie together, against each other as if they were one piece and knot them, or do you separate them and tie them together? Hope that was clear. Seems like the first way would be neater in appearance.

you have to cut out a 4 inch square in each corner...the strips are 4 inches long...you take the 2 (side by side) strips (both top and bottom) and knot them together...I hope I described this right...it's hard to describe it!
