Sheryl ~ 4LBS is a LOT ... find something that weighs 4lbs, and carry it around with you for a while, you'll see how heavy it gets.
Healthy recipe's hmm... can't really help much there, but i have been thinking of the Kellog's diet for myself. Might try that... i would like to lose a few lbs, but my downfall is my nighcap I soooo enjoy my little nightcap LOL
