Need to loose 3stone but cannot even try to diet untill all the christmas chocolate has gone which is my bigest problem chocolate. Should not even buy it so if I eat it quick I will start to diet. Have already dusted of my walking machine ( never have run on it ) so the quicker I eat the quicker I start.
